The General Terms and Conditions are applying between the following interested parties :
- the Company Master My Audit & ISO Excellence Solutions managing the website MasterMyAudit.com
- and any persons wishing to make a purchase via the MasterMyAudit.com website, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.
Article 1. Scope and Purpose
These general terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relations between the Company Master My Audit & ISO Excellence Solutions and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the website MasterMyAudit.com. The acquisition of a product (pdf brochure) or service provision (remote audit) through this website implies unreserved acceptance by the Client of these general terms and conditions of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order.
Article 2. Prices
The displayed prices on the products and services are in Euros (€), excluding any potential VAT Tax. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The company Master My Audit & ISO Excellence Solutions reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client.
Article 3. Purchase and and method of payment
The Client selects the products or services to order in the “cart”. The next step is to check all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, then validate the order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. Finally, the Client is redirected to the secure personal credit card or Google Pay. If payment is accepted, the order is performed and the Client will immediately receive into its mail box the purchased product.
Regarding the service provision of remote internal audit, the Company will contact the Client to determine the most convenient date, within one week.
Article 4. Intellectual property
All elements within MasterMyAudit.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Company Master My Audit & ISO Excellence Solutions. None physical person nore legal Entity are authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of this website. It does concern all type of content meaning texts, visual, photo or logo.
The company Master My Audit & ISO Excellence Solutions is reserving the right to take any legal action in the event of reproduction and exploitation, even partial, of its intellectual property.
Article 5. Liability

Article 2. Les prix
Les prix affichés sur les produits et prestation de services sont des prix en Euros (€), hors potentielle TVA. Tout changement du taux de la TVA pourra être répercuté sur le prix des produits. Article 3. Commande et modalité de paiement

L’étape suivante lui propose de vérifier l’ensemble des informations, prendre connaissance et accepter les présentes conditions générales de vente en cochant la case correspondante, puis l’invite à valider sa commande en cliquant sur le bouton « Confirmer ma commande ». Si le paiement est accepté, la commande est finalisée et le Client recevra immédiatement les produits commandés dans sa boîte mail. A propos du service d’audit interne à distance, le Client sera contacté par la Société Master My Audit & ISO Excellence Solutions afin de définir d’une date appropriée, dans les plus brefs délais – une semaine au plus tard.
Article 4. Propriété intellectuelle
